Privacy Policy - the basics

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

INFORMATIVA PRIVACY

Ai sensi del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR), i dati personali forniti tramite il presente modulo saranno trattati esclusivamente per la gestione dell’iscrizione e della partecipazione all’evento “Quasi quasi ci sposiamo”.

I dati raccolti saranno utilizzati per:

  • registrare la partecipazione all’evento

  • gestire le comunicazioni organizzative

  • inviare eventuali materiali relativi all’evento (es. fotografie, informazioni di follow-up)

Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo ma necessario per partecipare all’evento.

I dati non saranno diffusi né ceduti a terzi, salvo ai soggetti coinvolti nell’organizzazione dell’evento (aziende aderenti a WEM – Wedding Excellence Montelupo) esclusivamente per finalità organizzative.

Il titolare del trattamento è l’organizzazione dell’evento “Quasi quasi ci sposiamo”.

In qualsiasi momento è possibile richiedere l’accesso, la modifica o la cancellazione dei propri dati scrivendo ai contatti indicati.
